How can I update my iphone to be abble to install skype?

How can I download the iOS 4.3. To be able to download Skype application from the appstores?

Connect your iPhone to iTunes and when prompted, click update.

Alternatively, you may click on your iPhone in iTunes under the "Devices" list, in the summary tab click on "check for update" or "update device." If you do have an iPhone 4 (as under your name), iOS5.1.1 will download and install on your device.

I can't find what you call devices list and when i click on iTunes on my phone desktop I cant find the update tab

Until you are running iOS 5, you have to update the OS via iTunes installed on your computer. You cannot do it directly on your phone.
