viber is not working on my iphone 3g 3.1.3

Contact Viber since your're using their app. Also do a search in the forum at the top right. this subject has been brought up numerous time in numerous thread.

there's even a viber team that answer questions on this forum, look for the green check mark.

go to the app store and search Viber and all their info is right there, then proceed.

Hi,

I am using iPhone 3g too, I had the previous version of viber, which worked, then my iPhone sync downloaded the new version of viber automatically. Which obviously can not be istalled because it requires iOS 4.3.

If you had your older viber version also on your pc and it downloaded the new version of viber app, the old one is moved to trash, so what you should do, just to delete the new version of viber in your app store on your pc, than drag the old version from your trashbin back to apps and try to install it again. I did so and it seems to work.
