Very upset ( iPod wont turn on)

Hello, i'm writing this because i have only had my iPod for 1 month and 2 days and my iPod is already broken. I contacted the repair thing and how long does it take for it to send in the repair box that i put my iPod in?

first, try to reset it. hold menu + select button ( middle button ) if this dosen't work maybe a factory restore will help. if NONE of this works, its safe to say it needs repair. but i highly doubt its broken unless it was subdued to abuse.

Just take it to where ever you bought your ipod and i'm 90% sure that they will give you a new providing you have the recipt you bought it with.

I had this same problem. They'll send the box and you'll get it in probably a day. I just sent mine in on Monday and i already have it back!
