Q: I have issue with my power down botton.

My Iphone sleep /shutt off botton doesnn't work.Help please!

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

    If the button is broken, bring your phone into Apple for replacement.  It's still under warranty so your phone will be exchanged free of charge, unless there's obvious damage to the phone.

    I have an iPhone 5s. It has problem with my power bottom also.

    It doesn't work properly, when I’m using it this offer me to turn off the phone and also when I'm press the home bottom this take a picture. That means the button is working without pressing it.

     

    Is not a case problem, because it has a big space between the button and the case.

     

    What should I do? Is a year old iPhone and it doesn’t have more guaranty.

    Since you have an iPhone 5s, it has not been out for a year so you are still in warranty. Go to an Apple Retail Store if you have one around and they can replace it for you. If you don't have a store, you can call 1800MYAPPLE and they can talk about shipping options.
