We thought promotional codes had a 60-day use before expiration, and 2 of our 4 games' codes are expired well in advance of that 60 days. Anyone have a suggestion for us?

yep, one would think! the iTunes Connect FAQs (or wherever we got the codes) says 60 days! Thanks again for your help.

The iTC FAQ says:
How long are promotional codes good for?
Promotional codes are good for four weeks from the day they are generated or until your contract expires, whichever comes first.
It's the code that expires, not the app you get with it, correct?
