I am trying to open Zip Forms Online and it gives me the above message, software is updated, and I only gets this problem on my Lion desktop because it opens fine on my Leopard laptop.


Anyone knows why, it did not give me this issue before it all of the sudden happen and not sure why, all I do is update the software when updates become available.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Lion, unlike Leopard, does not install the JRE by default. However, I'd advise NOT doing it by following that link (unless you're 110% it's safe).


Instead, follow the procedure here to download it directly from Apple and how to enable it:
