May 17, 2012 7:23 PM in response to cara3828by ck2875,Ah, that explains it. The option to download the playlists to the device are only available when you have the option checked "on" to show all music, since otherwise it would be displaying music not on the device for you to download.

I suggest that you start a new thread and explain your problems. You are responding to a thread that is 3.5 years old. IOS and how to download has changed since then.
