Q: Emails

Why do all my emails go to the 'All mail' even if I delete them or put them into folders? Unless I delete them in that folder too, my memory is getting full of unwanted mail!

I assume that it's a gmail account, in which case have you got archiving turned on instead of deleting : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4207 ?

Do u suggest I keep the archived messages, or to turn this function off & delete them completely? I only use my email for chatting with mates, not for serious work stuff!

It's your choice - if they are of any importance/interest then you can tap on the icon of the folder with the downward pointing arrow to file the email into another folder so that it's not in your Inbox
