I rented a video on my iPad. It downloaded but I can't play it. The view button is greyed out with the word 'downloaded' displayed. It may be downloaded but I can't find out where to view it on my ipad

if you purshased the video, remove it and redownload it for free from the server
if you got the video from third party, make sure that the format is in .MP4
