Q: my ipod says to connect to itunes but every time i connect it to the computer it wont sync/connect

If so restore via iTunes
- Next see if manualluy placing the iPod in Recovery mode will allow a restore.
- Next try DFU mode

- Also try another cable and another computer to helop determine if the problem is the iPod or computer.
