iPhone disconnected from my PC during the installation of an update.

My iPhone 4s got disconnected from my computer during the installation of an iPhone update and now it won't go past the "Connect To iTunes" page.

I have tried resetting, re-installing iTunes and taking everything possible out and putting it back in.

My computer doesn't recognise the iPhone, and iTunes doesn't either.

What do I do?!
