DMG is a disk image file, used by OS X.

No, you cannot use them in any way with an iPad.

iOS and OS X are totally different.

Apps for one cannot be used on the other.

What part of the Question did you not understand!

There was no question to understand. "dmg on iPad3" is not a question, not even grammatically valid sentence. And it makes no sense.
