Not receiving green text messages

I am having troubles receiving any green texts. My imessage activation comes on and off.When I do send as a green text it goes through and says that my mailbox is full,person im sending to recieves my message but I dont get anything back and I also have deleted some messages and still doesnt work. Someone please help!
