Q: Trouble with product

Hello Apple,

why cant apple allow jailbreaking but if their is a minor issue it is warranty fixed but if something major happens it has to be payed for

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1

As I said in my reply to your other post this is Apple's position.
Unauthorized modification of iOS has been a major source of instability, disruption of services, and other issues
