What is your issue, or are you just taking a poll (which, by the way, is a violation of the Terms of Use of this forum)?
I can no longer send nor recieve emails through microsoft exchange server. the genius bar nor my IT person has been able to solve the issue.
delete the account, power off your phone and then reinstall the account.
Done that. Additionally, Apple totally uninstalled the OS and reinstalled and still doesn't work.
Do you get any type of error message?
the message is "unable to verify account message". Beginning to wonder if the 5.1.1 upgrade has a bug

No bug. Millions of others have upgraded without problem.

No bug I'm using exchange at work I've updated a couple of people here and it's working.
Your IT guy can't fix this for you? This problem usually is due to the exchange server not recogonizing your account. You have the right server and domain entered?
Yes and my It person setup my account on his phone and got the same messages
I have noticed on several other sites that others are having the same issues
Is your exchange active sync still enabled? I guess you'll have to ask your IT guy.
