i dont have an ringtone button

The tab probably isn't there becuase there aren't any ringtones in iTunes.

Try purchasing a ringtone or creating one with GarageBand.

Also, make sure Ringtones is checked in View Options under the View menu.

Select in iTunes > Preferences... > General > Tones.
