How can I had an mp3 audio file to a .mov file?

I have a .mov file that I created with Quicktime screen capture but the audio was n ot captured. I did record the audio with an mp3 player and I would like to add that to the .mov file. How?

Thank you for that suggestion.


So I took the mp3 file which is about 60 minutes and added it to iTunes. I opened iMovie and dragged the mp3 to the upper left hand corner and dropped it into my project. Worked great for the first 13 minutes or so. After that, the movie still runs but there is no sound. I checked on iTunes and the entire 60 minutes is there but it didn't seem to transfer to iMovie. Thoughts?
