iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
First:
What specific iMac model do you have?
Why do you need to upgrade?
Are you prepared to spend money on upgrading?
To find out what model you have open System Profile in the Utilities folder and report what you find displayed for the Model Identifier.
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac", then "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
As for Kappy's last question, how much are you willing to spend?
I have an imac running os 10.4.11 and need to upgrade. What is the procedure and how high should i go as far as what os?
