Using Airport Utility. Open Airport Utility, click on Manual Setup button, click on Base Station tab to change the Time Capsule access password. Click on Wireless to change the password for the wireless network. If you can't access the Time Capsule because you've forgotten the access password, then you will need to use the Reset button on the rear of the Time Capsule. Use a toothpick to depress the Reset button. Hold it down for several seconds until the status light starts blinking (at least I think that's correct.)

As per Neil's reference to the Apple article.. you can do a soft reset.. hold down the reset button for just one second.. The TC will reset the passwords only for 5minutes.. to default, whereupon you can access the TC.. and recover the wireless password or reset them. You can also save the configuration with passwords not encrypted. Which is a really good and useful thing to know.. albeit does suggest a weakness in physical security of the TC.
