Q: iphone 4s works fine but wont send messages

iphone 4s stops sending message just at end of time bar red exclamation mark appears.

O2 network but they cant help Any ideas

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

No, this is purely a carrier issue.  Talk to someone higher up at O2.
