For whatever reason when I pull up IWeb my website no longer shows up at all. I downloaded the website files from IDisk. How do I restore them back into IWeb? Thanks!

You can import published files into iWeb. You need the Domain.sites2 file...

If you have upgraded to Lion, see further down this page about how to open the Domain file.
You DON'T restore them back into iWeb because you can't - iWeb cannot import a published website, so if you can't find your domain.sites files, then you'll have to start from scratch.
