How can I fix this?

I was syncing my Iphone 4s to itunes after already syncing my wifes 4s and upon completion it had converted my phone to everything her phone was. It deleted everything from my phone except the apps! How can i fix this I tried restoring to a prveious back up and it didnt work. Please any help would be awesome.
