OK, purchasing from an "unknown person" should put you on high alert status straight away.

Basically, there is no way to be certain an iPad is not stolen. It is incumbent upon the seller to prove that it is his to sell. Various documentation may be acceptable, such as an original invoice, AppleCare registration, original box, etc. The original wall charger should be included.

If you have the slightest suspicion it is stolen, walk away. Possesion of stolen goods may be a crime where you live. If you are satisfied the seller is legitimate, make certain the seller provides a bill of sale, indicating transfer of ownership to you.

"an unknow person from UK is selling in a low cost. he committed to me that the prduct is guine,"

You have said it yourself... " an unknown person at a low cost".

The iPad 3 is a relatively new product to the market and even second hand, or where ever this 'unknown person' acquired the iPad, it should command a premium price.

This appears to be an extremely dubious transaction and you should walk away from it.

thanks. i think, as you had mentioned about serial no., that we can check the no. on the mentioned link. this may be a better way to confirm.

If i get the no.(from seller) and place it in the mentioned website, might be the results would come because it is guine device serial no which was stolen in past, than what should i do. actually i want to know that stolen device has always a guine serial no. No one tell me that this device is stolen.

if i purchase this device on behalf of seller comments that this is a guine device and is not stolen, and after using sometime the device stopped. this is the scenario i want to check before purchasing.
