Photo Stream not syncing

Hello;

I have a MacBook and iPhone 3GS (Yes I know it is an older one). I have the updated IOS on the iPhone, and the updated OS and iPhoto on the MacBook.

My photos are not syncing to Photo Stream. I took photos today at approximately 3pm, and upon checking at 9pm, they are not there. I have streaming turned on on my iPhone. I have an iCloud account. I have streaming turned on on my MacBook.

Anyone have any suggestions?
