How can I block mail I send from being forwarded?

How can I prevent mail I send from being forwarded? Even though simply copying a photo, attachment or email, then re-sending could probably not be stopped (although I wish it could....maybe it's a thing called "copyright"?) , having a "blocked forward" warning appear on the "receiver/re-sender's" side would alert them that privacy should be respected. (This "sharing" thing has got to stop! (Imagine Homer Simpson saying this while twinkling his fingers)).

In this same vein... How can I prevent my email address from being visible to others in mail I send that DOES get forwarded?

Thanks!

Not possible.

Mail sent without a sender's address is called SPAM.

It is not possible to prevent someone from forwarding a message you've sent them. Such a feature does not exist in Internet email.

It may in some cases be possible to set up an email account that has only the information for the outgoing server and not any user information, but Mac OS X Mail does not allow that; at least, I can't get it to do so. Some other email application may. Bu as Klaus said, many anti-spam filters will block email messages with no sender.
