Issue downloading Win7 from USB

I am using the bootcamp assistant (Version 4.0.3 (435)) to install windows 7 on my mac. I have windows 7 on a USB configured to be bootable. I am facing an issue when I get to partioning the discs. It asks me to insert the installation disc, but I know you can get around this, atleast I think? I'm pretty sure after I get the disc partioned for windows, I'll be good to go because all I have to do is install windows from my USB after it's divided. Thoughts?

Is it possible to create the partition without bootcamp? And will that work?

I've came to the conclusion that it is very difficult and not worth it. I used Parallel Desktop 7. It allowed me to install from an .iso, it was so easy to get started, and it is working flawlessly.

Parallel Desktop 7. Great program.
