Sleep or Off?

Given that there is a menu option (under Settings) to put the Apple TV to sleep,

is there a shortcut using the remote to do the same (ie holding down a button to put the Apple TV to Sleep)?

Whilst you are on the main menu screen press and hold down the select button on the remote control.
