So i went to the apple store because my phone was not charging and they told that it was water damage but it was not because i made a proffesional check my iphone.
It would seem that the only "professional check" would be the one done by Apple, unless you are an Apple Certified Repair technician. What they told you was that the Liquid Damage Indicator was showing that the phone was exposed to excessive moisture. This would certainly cause the sort of problems you're experiencing.

but when i took it to apple the phone would not charge at all , and now it does but only when its turn off....thanks
