Q: I keep getting a compatability message trying to run my iTunes on Windows 7. I have reinstalled iTunes and ran diagnostics and keep getting the message. I also have been intouch with Apple Support. Why doesn't it work with Windows 7?
I keep getting a compatability message trying to run iTunes on Windows 7.
I have tried contacting Apple Support and sent a print screen picture.
