Okay, Flash was trashed and I get along without, using Google instead of
Safari when necessary. Still, a lot of sites do use Flash.
Somewhere I got the idea that Adobe has fixed that problem. I'd like to reload Flash but on their site there's no mention of it and I don't see anything elsewhere, so please, what's the present situation?

If you are worried about Flash security problems, install ClickToFlash extension in Safari to use Flash Player only when you need. Flash is a buggy software, but HTML5 is the future
If you are thinking of the recent Flashback malware, that really has nothing whatsoever to do with Flash other than the fact that very early variants pretended to be a fake Flash installer. You can certainly reinstall it. Go to Adobe's site, click Downloads and then click the Get Adobe Flash Player badge on the right side of the page.
ClickToFlash looks good but neither the current version or the next, now in beta, are for 10.7 Lion.

Click2Flash is now a Safari Extension and runs fine in Lion.
