I purchased a movie from iTunes and had trouble downloading, this has happened with a couple of songs as well.  Apple stated that when an item does not download properly, you can hit download again at no charge and begin again.  Well, I was charged twice and the movie still does not work.  Can anyone help me with this problem.  I think it is unfair for Apple to charge for an item that does not work.
