Q: ipod nano frozen
Hey apple community, my yesterday bought nano does not work properly. If touched, it sets frames around the symbols, but does not react as expected.
Several resets did not help.
Does anyone known this problem and a solution?

Sounds like VoiceOver has been enabled. See this article for instructions on turning it off.
