I installed coldfusion 10 as developer and now i want to completely get rid of coldfusion and everything that has to do with it. Im new to a mac so i dont really know how to do it. I also ticked the box for start coldfusion on startup which i want to get rid of as well. If i just uninstall it using the uninstaller given will it do the job?

Yes, but some files will not be deleted (user settings). You can delete it manually or uninstall the application using applications like CleanMyMac
Is CleanMyMac better than appcleaner? Im currently using appcleaner so is it pretty much the same thing? I dont know which program is the best.
Just use the coldfusion uninstaller and do not use anything else. These so called third party uninstallers are very basic in what they look for and can do more damage than they are worth thinking something needs to be uninstalled which may be totaly unrelated to what needs to be uninstalled. Stick with author provided uninstallers and don't worry about a plist or some Application Support file the provided uninstaller may or may not leave behind.
