applephotostream.exe stoped working - plz help to fix it

Q: applephotostream.exe stoped working
I get the same message on a Windows 7 PC. Photo stream does not work.
When I boot the system I get the message ApplePhotoStream.exe has stopped working.
I just installed iCloud 2.0 and see the same issue.
