Most likely. You want to look for universal iPhone 4 cases. Cases made for an AT&T iPhone 4 will not fit the 4S. Cases made for the Verizon iPhone 4/Universal will fit the 4S.

Since there is no such thing as an iPhone 4g, it's hard to say...
Yes they do, and it doesn't matter whether you have AT&T or Verizon iPhone 4.
