iCloud mail not pushing

Haven't been getting push email on iPhone or iPad. However, my wife is getting them on her iPhone and iPad. Strangely, when I enable hear mail on mine and mine on hers, she still gets push and I still don't. I'm no rookie here, my settings are right. Everything was cool Neil about a week ago. Right around the 5.1.1 update. The wife's iPhone did NOT get updated yet , but her phone DID, so that's not it. Anyone else having push problems?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, Also iOS 5.1, iPad 1 & 3, iPhone 4

I am also not getting iCloud email pushed to my iPhone. I think it started about the time of the recent iCloud email outage. iCloud email is working now, but push for several days now has not. I also get my work Exchange email on my iPhone and that account is pushing email. I have tried restarting the phone, restarting the mail app, turning push off and on again--nothing works.

I am having this issue too.

My iPad and iPhone are not getting push iCloud mail, but my iMac is.

My girlfriend iCloud email is pushing to her iPad and her iPhone. I signed her out of her iPad and signed into hers and I still did not get push email. I signed her into mine and she gets push email on my iPad.

Both of you should call Apple care so they get some engineering on this. I've already called as of Friday, I'm supposed to hear back in 72 hours. I'll post back my findings.

I don't have Apple Care so when I go that route I'm told I have to pay to get phone support. I don't like the fact that Apple treats this as an iPhone issue rather than an iCloud issue. My phone is clearly working since I'm getting Exchange email pushed to my phone. It's the iCloud email that is not working. I should be able to get support for that since I am an iCloud subscriber, but I can't. I will probably just make an appointment at an Apple store and bug them about it.

Yep, wife is still getting push mail on her iPhone 4 on 5.1.1 and on her iPad 1 on 5.1. I'm not on my iphone 4s and iPad 3. Funny, not only am I still getting mail pushed to my iMac, if I change a contact on the iMac, the change IS pushed to my phone. Its the same iCloud account. I think it's only mail that isn't pushing. I will tuff it out until WWDC, then it's GMAIL to the rescue.

I contacted Apple Care, and with all my troubleshooting I spoke with a higher up advisor. She determined that is an issue with my account. She escalated it to engineering and they would get back to her in 72 hours.

I contacted them back after 72 hours and had a few more questions. I will be hearing back tomorrow.

If you can have another account log in and get push iCloud mail but not when you are signed in I'd highly suggest calling apple care so engineering knows this is an issue effecting you. It may not be very widespread so you should get the ball rolling.
