May 21, 2012 3:44 AM in response to orange212by léonie,Did you look at the crash log? If the crash log mentions "PluginManager.framework" not loaded, then you need to reinstall your Operating system:
- Navigate to/Library/Frameworksand delete the file "PluginManager.framework".
- Download the MacOS Combo update for your Operating System from the http://support.apple.com/downloads/
and reinstall your snow leopard system.
If your crash is not related to the "PluginManager.framework" however, please post the first 50 lines of the crash report.

The crash log does mention the PluginManager.framework not loaded
I'll try reinstalling the Operating system

the missing "PluginManager" Framework is quite often caused by the FinalCut installation. So don't reinstall FinalCut after you reinstall your MacOS. You may want to have a look at this Support Article by Apple:
