Hi My iPad wont connect to the computer, I am connecting it through a USB port and it will recognise that my iPad is connected but when it configures it says "iTunes was unable to load data class information from sync services, reconnect or try again later"

 

I have tried both of these things and neither seem to make any difference? What am I doing wrong?

    Do you have the absolute latest version of iTunes on your computer?
