I unistalled and reinstall my itunes how I transfer my photos from Ipod nano back to itunes?

These are unique photos, I do not want to itunes erase them when start to sync my ipod. Please help me. I bought a software that supposedly will help me to transfer my photos to my itunes but it is only able to transfer music and no photos. I cannot sync my ipod in my PC. Is there a way I can save my photos at my itunes?
