Q: Tracking purchases

I am showing charges on my account and when I go to my Itunes store and check my purchase history no recent purchases show and Apple customer service have been absolutely usless which surprises me.  One told me the pruchase were probably fraudulent but offerred no way to check. I have 3 kids with IPADS/IPODS so I don't believe the chartges are necessarily fraudulent, I just want to know who is pruchasing what.

It shouldn't be this difficult, someone should just be able to pull up the account and check. This is ridiculous...anyone have any suggestions?
