Q: why does my video rental stop loading and say error -50

can somebody please help me im trying to download a movie and it wot download past around 3 minutes. it says error- 50 and it tells me to check the connection to the available network. The network is fine. I restarted my computer and refreshed the download multiple times. How do I get this to work, i spent 5 dollars on a movie rental and i really don't want to lose that considering i only have the movie for 23 hours
