Can we connect THE Apple TV to a 220 volts outputs?

Yes, the Apple TV has a universal power transformer, you can use it anywhere.

AppleTVs supposedly have international power supplies that adapt to teh given input voltage.

So as long as you are connecting to a domestic power socket in your country (and not some other 220V system) it should work as far as I know.

Which country are you in?
