Can someone helpme weith information about how to unlock Iphone 4 with baseband 04.11.08?
I bought my cell phone in the US it`s original from at&t, but now I`m in Ecuador and it`s locked
Please help me!

ONLY AT&T can unlock the iphone. No one else.
It is very doubtful that they will unlock it for you.
You can contact them and see. Go to AT&Ts website and find out how to contact them.

Apple cannot help the OP at all.
ONLY AT&T can unlock the iphone.
But you didn't give the OP the correct advice as to who to call. Your link would just have had the OP wasting his/her time (and possibly money) since as RG said Apple does not unlock iPhones. If you wanted to suggest a Google search that would have been of benefit, suggesting a search of "iPhone unlock AT&T" would have been much more helpful.
