updates for other accounts

when i login to the app store i have one perpetual update...facetime....for a usera account other than mine!

Not one person who uses my mac (bro/sis) entered this account name.

How do i remove the name and verify nothing has been touched in my system?

my facetime is up to date...everything is up to date!
