How can I sync my Windows live mail contacts with my iCloud contacts?

iPad, Mac OS X (10.5)

Welcome to the Apple community.

You cannot do that, Windows live is not compatible with iCloud.

Why can't icloud read accept a cvs comma delimited file? Or ITunes. Does play nice with friends????
