Q: Major problems with Aperture/Nik interoperability

Anyone else been having problems with Nik Color Efex 4 and Aperture working together? Whenever I make changes in Nik, I usually have to close Aperture and restart it to view my changes. And now my image borders are all uneven (from Nik).The problems keep multiplying. Actually I'm having the same problem with interface to Photoshop C3.  When I save my CS3 changes they don't register in my Aperture library, so I have to do a complicated 'save as' process... A major time waster as I process many images.  We need a bug fix!
