I just did a Live Recording in Video (AVCHD) & Audio (Zoom R24 4 tracks at once with 16Bit 48khz). But, when coming do lip sync stage in FCP it just fit at the Beginning, started to out of sync at the half way, even worse at the Ending part :-!
Any advices or ideas to solved that issue above? Headache now 😟

I just did some google search, it seemed like quite a common issue & that's no solution? Which means it'll be an Out Of Sync when lip sync with the external recorded audio file though it was recorded at the same time & non-stop?
The issue is that your camera and the zoom have two different clocks. Next time. use a recorder with timecode.
There are several work-arounds, none of them too pretty. You can see how much off you are in the timeline by which track is longer: if the video is longer, you can try slowing down the audio. If the audio is longer, you can try speeding it up an appropriate percentage. But this is not a guarantee.
Or you can do what documentarians have been doing for over 50 years: line up the beginning, play down until it goes out of sync and then either pull out the extra track to line it up, or cut the track and move it down the timeline until you are in sync again. Do this only for critical dialogue, you can fudhe most of the rest of it either with wild track or repeating dead spots.
Like I said, next time use a proper audio recorder.
It may also be another problem. Make sure your easy setup frame rate matches the frame rate of your video source. If it doesn't, people have reported problems.
You can also use soundtrack pro to adjust the "tempo" or in this case duration of your audio track to match the video duration without effecting pitch.

In fact, I recorded dual-system for an Hour of Live Concert on DSLR & Zoom R24. So, will these 2 devices provide Timecode for Sync?
What I can do now is the suggestion of the Old School Manually Sync as you mentioned. But, It'll be not an issue when editing an interview or documentary projects. When editing a Concert Project seems not work?! Unless that's more than 1 Camera, am i right?
So, what's the suggestion of Portable Multitrack Audio Recorder with Timecode?

For I'm an AVCHD user, my practice is drag the transcoded video to timeline and let FCP set the project's sequence setting to match the video. So, this might matched the frame rate?!
No, this is some weird audio voodoo that's been reported. What is the frame rate of your video material? Go to FinalCutPro: Easy setup and make sure that the frame rate of your easy setup MATCHES the frame rate of your video. If it doesn't, apparently when you import audio only files, fcp may make some sort of mistake. If it doesn't match your video frame rate, change your easy setup so that the frame rate matches and try reimporting the original audio files.

That means you suspected the sync issue caused by the frame rate? Isn't the recorded audio file from the Audio Recorder?
I don't know. I've never personally but I make sure the easy setup frame rate matches the frame rate of my sequence.
How much synch drift do you get over an hour? If it's more than a second or two, I'd suspect another problem, such as this.
You might also try opening the original audio file directly in quicktime player and see if the duration matches that of the file in fcp. If it doesn't match, than it's not the audio file, it's something that happens when fcp does the import.

Yup, it's same frame rate of FCP & Cam @ 25fps.
The differences of the Original Audio (come with video) vs External Audion (recorded via recorder) is just like I'm using the 44.1khz audio file to sync with the video! Really bad. Say, it's sync nicely at the beginning, half way started to out of sync like lag of 1-2 frames. When reached to 4/5 of the video the different is bout 1 Second (perhaps more than that).
What do you think?
did you check the duration of the audio in the original file using quicktime player (or soundtrack pro) against that in fcp?
And don't understand your reference to 44.1k audio.
Also, you seem to be describing a fluctuating drift, that is that thhe audio drifts at a greater rate the further along you go. If that's the case, I'd suspect there's something defective in your audio recorder.

a. The External Audio (Recorded on Zoom R24) is out sync
b. Audio from the Original Video is Synced!
c. 3 Frames different at 30 mins & 6 Frames different at 1 hour.

Big difference between 6 frames and 1 or more seconds.
Yeah, it's probably cause the audio recorder is not locked to the same clock as the camera.
Try adjusting the duration of the audio in soundtrackpro.

Open the audio file in soundtrack pro. Select all. Process: Time Stretch. You can see the duration in frames, and adjust by the appropriate amount. Then do a save as to the correct format, in this case 48k 16 bit aiffr.
