is there a network tool or a daemon that permits to choice a network interface for each application?
It can be useful in case of having both ethernet and wireless network from two different providers and gain more bandwidth or simply to avoid firewalls.

Thank you, it is an interesting tool, but difficult to configure (in this case I should insert a transport layer rule) and it is not free/open source. It can be useful in different scenarios 😉
http://www.sourceforge.net/ is probably where you are going to find something that is open source for the Mac. They have many great tools.
