Hi there sorry to ask a dumb question but my 12 yr old daughter has a macbook and only uses for facebook etc. whenever she turns it on, something starts working in the background and using all the bandwidth of our wifi, to such an extent that she is unable to open firefox etc. I have tried clearing cookies and cache etc but no luck.
any ideas?
