Q: itunes says "disc burner or software not found" when trying to burn a playlist
I ran diagnostics on my CD/DVD Drive and got this. Apple Mobile Device service 3.3.0.0 is currently running. **** CD/DVD Drive Tests **** LowerFilters: PxHelp20 (2.0.0.0), UpperFilters: GEARAspiWDM (2.2.0.1), Failed while scanning for CD / DVD drives, error 2380. Error while opening iTunes CD driver. This could be caused by a corrupted iTunes file or a conflict with other older CD burning applications, either currently installed or previously installed and uninstalled incorrectly. The last failed audio CD burn had error code 4251(0x0000109b). It happened on drive E: HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GSA-H60L on CDR media at speed 40X.
